"Brian,(business owner) was very polite and professional when it came to the work being performed. He showed me patience, as well as a genuine desire to thouroghly answer all of my questions to where I could actually understand the answers. These days it seems to be near impossible to hire a company that actually cares more about their customer than their bank account. McGregor Pool Services is a dieing breed in the business world. They really make you feel like a priority. On top of all that, you can also sit back and relax while watching the work of a true, knowledgeable professional. I recommend them to anyone that needs anything pool or spa related done. Finally a company that puts the customer first. Hats off to McGregor Pool and spa"

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
