Immediately with Sierra Pool Treatment they responded to my request, introduced himself, and asked what my needs were, and his price was fair. During the introduction Mike said that they were Pentair Certified which is what my pump is. I did have an immediate need since my pump was leaking. They came the next day (Tues) and fixed the leaks even though our scheduled day for maintenance is scheduled for Monday. This is customer service along with communication.
