"Palatial Pools installed a large in-ground pool and spa for me back in 2007. I did not want to see or hear the equipment, so they installed that about one hundred feet away in a "hidden" location. Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. Since initial installation, I have used Palatial Pools as my regular cleaning and maintenance company. Douglas is always on time for scheduled services. He also has provided me with a prompt emergency service once, and is flexile with his scheduling when the scheduled service date does not work for me. Douglas is a very knowledgeable and technical Professional, but has the ability to explain everything in terms that I can understand.
