"A crew of 3 showed up on time the day of our move, as the day progressed one of the crew became very exasperated complaining about how tired he was and the size of our furniture. By the end of the day I decided to pay them and let them leave because he was obviously so unhappy. I dubbed him "Mr. Happy". I will say the other 2 were pleasant to work with. A few of my items became dirty in the truck leaving black marks on my light carpet. When he handed me the bill, I was charged an extra 2 hours for "travel time" that I had not been made aware of in advance. They got the job done but it wasnt the most professional operation."
