"After using another pool service company for several years, we were looking for another company that was more responsive to our requests. Hoosier Pool Guy not only was responsive to opening our pool for the summer, but they also were here within one week of my first contacting them. "The quality of their work was great. Getting them to complete the final details has been impossible. The concrete was poured in September. They were supposed to return in two weeks to install the pool and gate anchors in the concrete. They asked to delay until the beginning of November. We agreed. Because it was fall and the leaves were falling, the pool needed to be covered. So, we installed the cover without the anchors. Because anchors were not installed, we tied off the cover to fenceposts and heavy composite chairs to hold it a week or two until they completed the work. It is now January 7th and I have been unable to get them to commit to finishing the work until yesterday when part of the crew showed up after a snowstorm. You cannot properly stretch a pool cover when it is weighted down with snow and ice. Also, the straps were covered with snow and ice. In summary, the quality of work was good. If fact, we were considering hiring them for two more projects. If you hire them, do not make the mistake we made. We paid them before everything had been completed and trusted them to finish the job. Big mistake. We have now purchased the tools to complete the remaining tasks ourselves. At 70 years old, it is not a job I look forward to."

"I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend them!"
