"I didn't hear back from Zack right away as he'd promised, but I learned his grandfather had been in the hospital. I didn't give him enough time to respond before posting another review here on Angie's List in which I rated him much lower. I think he was having a bad day, lots of worries, and his worried face looked like anger. Though we had a miscommunication/crossed signals, I'm sure he's a great guy and I spoke too soon. My sincere apologies.

"I could not be happier!! Larry was awesome, even though he had been working all day he came to work on my pool. He is the only one who returned my call for help and showed up. I asked him to be my Pool Man and he said yes. He is returning to do some more work on my pool and he is the only person I will have working on my pool. "Very unprofessional. Never finished the job. Didn't use our chemicals as instructed. Owner was truly horrible. They had a tech call to say they wouldn't be back. No explanation. Pool opening was promised to be completed in a week. The kids were very upset. Three weeks later we had help from the internet and friends. Worst experience ever with everyone there except their repair and service crew. The woman who owns this place is rude and completely unprofessional. I'm not paying for a full pool open when it wasn't done. Rude."
