"I could not have been more impressed with Mr. Marshal than I was.
He was prompt, courteous, professional, and showed great concern that the job be completed to our exact specifications.
He made a total of four trips to our home to ensure that he knew exactly our expectations, and understood the scope of the job. On one of the trips he brought along a floor expert that could fore see and avoid any unexpected pitfalls.
I felt bad that he didn't get awarded the bid, but we have a strict budget, and he was underbid by another firm.
Although he didn't get the job, I felt he treated me with respect and professionalism.

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
