"Taylor was very responsive when I first messaged about a repair for my pool pump. Very helpful and offered a solution to keep my costs down. Sounded great, however, I kept getting pushed out on the schedule. He kept blaming his tardiness to attend to the job on waiting for parts to arrive, I had to follow-up with him consistently for an update of when the work would be done. It took a week and a half past the initial date he said he would come, but this was fine and I was happy he was able to do the work. However, the pump is not working, it does not seem to be creating any suction or drawing enough power to circulate any water. I asked him for solutions or ideas on what I could dol, he told me that he was a book for a week and a half out. Since I have already paid, and my project should be done, I felt I should have been moved forward on his list. It is now been a week and I have texted him 4 times asking for an update, called and left a voicemail once, no response. The summer is going to be mostly over by the time the pool is running. Very disappointing when I began this process back in May. He seems like an inventive guy, willing to make cheaper solutions for his customers, but his lack of communication will ruin his business. I would not recommend him and truly wished I would now spend $200-300 for the next bid so I did not have to deal with this continuing headache of a pool pump that Will not run."

"Our entire back patio was demoed and the pool was given a new everything including a new bottom profile, new steps, coping, and tile. We added a safety auto-cover and pit, relocated a skimmer, Hydrazzo pool plaster and porcelain tile patio with channel drains to eliminate water pooling. Joe also faced our retaining wall behind the pool with natural stone and added a set of wide stairs from the pool to the back lawn. We say all this to let people know that Joe and his crew have a broad skillset for anything related to pools and the hardscape around them. "After spending a lot of time hearing about their big projects and getting the feeling that they really didn't want to resurface our pool even though they said that they would before they decided to transition to solely commercial work, we asked that they do it (our mistake - if you have to beg don't hire, but they built the original pool and it looked great). When they were finished there were white blotches all over the finish, orange marks. They had the audacity to tell us that it would look great in 10 years. ???? We had them drain the pool and fix the blotches. But when we got into it last summer it was incredibly rough. While we did not choose a smooth finish what we got was so rough that almost everyone who actually plays in the pool gets scraped and bathing suits pill from just sitting on the steps. Nothing like young kids crying because they got scraped by the side of the pool. We are talking bloody scrapes. It was also crumbling in a few spots. Two years later we are doing it all over again at our expense. Cannot begin to convey how disappointed we are."
