He listened to our ideas, and he took the time to develop a plan with us. We never felt like he was trying to push his own ideas or to make it a bigger job. We had him place completely new irrigation in a 1 acre backyard area, remove trees, move rocks, place new topsoil, and prepare the soil for seeding. He finished on time and in budget.
