"Alex and his team did a wonderful job with our backyard project. The price Alex gave me was a third of what other landscapers were offering. I was a little hesitant thinking of the adage "you get what you pay for", but the results were so much better than what the other landscapers were offering. Alex conceived the layout concept, and we discussed what could be added or rearranged. During the installation he would be constantly checking in and tweaking the layout with me. That is one of the best parts, Alex was continuing to "evolve" the concept and the results came out much better in the end. The crew was extremely hard working even in the rain and snow. They would wait out the storm and go right back to work. Even after the snow they would shovel out the area they were working on and get back at it. The crew leader, Alfonzo, was always courteous and willing to answer questions. He would give me updates on the progress and kept me informed of what to expect that day."

He always communicates when he will arrive, what is needed and what has been done, once service is complete. He opens and closes our pool, and maintains it all season. "My experience with Timeless Pools was exceptional. I needed a complete refresh of my 40 year old pool and equipment. Tom and Cindy were great to work with, helped me pick materials for the coping, pebble tech, and tile, as well as pavers for the deck. Although I kept the same shape as my original pool, Tom designed a beautiful Baja shelf with umbrella holes and recommended bringing up the deep end from 9’ to 6’ (less water, less chemicals and less pool pump time). The new lighting design adds so much ambiance to the back yard at night. They did a great job answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way, always giving attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing to work with people that are responsive, professional, and most importantly honest. My pool renovation was completed on schedule and they did an outstanding job!
