Now that the job is complete I am happy enough. It took a month from the first jackhammer to the deck-o-seal. All construction people are busy and these guys are no exception. Communication was the main issue. Several times I was told **I will be right over** or **i will be there tomorrow** with no sign. I liked the family a lot and would love to be able to give a better review.

Overall everything went great. My only comment was that communication could have been a little better, I always seemed to have to reach out to get a status update on my project. Other than that though the work was good and price was competitive so I would definitely recommend them.

They just came to my pool for one time, itâ s hard rate something based on one service. They still need to clean my pool entirely then I can rate them properly. They just started to treat my pool for the first time and cleaned my filter I believe.

Wish I could receive this kind of customer service from all companies!! Professional, courteous, dependable, easy to work with. He replied to my repair request in a very timely manner. His prices were very reasonable. After the diagnostic, he ordered the needed parts and had my spa repaired within just a few days. Sandy and his excellent crew of craftsmen did a fantastic job. We re did the entire 1967 pool and deck.
The crew was always very polite, neat, and on schedule. Sandy was always accessible. And at the end, if something wasn't quite right he'd have someone there the next day to fix it. No grumbling - a great team!
