"Hired Hill Country Pools to fix my worsening pool from algae bloom after an unusually persistent set of rains this Spring. My previous pool service provider started missing their service appointments, and things started to go down hill fast. Hill Country Pools sent out a rep fast, asked lots of good questions about the pool set up and history, and then proposed a reasonable price for the clean-up and the monthly service. They had a pool tech out the day after I said "yes", and had things in hand within a few days. Great service, very knowledgeable, and very professional."

"Our pool died during the polar vortex last year. I contacted 2 pool professionals, namely the pool doctor and SW Pool Cleaning (nka J K Pools) and they both totally dropped the ball, including blaming me for the communication problems. The Pool Doctor actually yelled and cursed at me over the phone after I called to ask the status of the project (was continuously told "no parts available"). Jorge came to the rescue. He ordered and installed new pool equipment, fixed a leak and totally gutted then resurfaced our pool. I am grateful to have met and worked with Jorge. He is on my speed dial!!!"

"Tim, the owner, stopped by my house and introduced himself. He shocked my pool, at no charge. From this point, he explained the services he offered. I signed up for weekly pool service. Tim checked my pool on Easter to make sure it was doing ok. A big thumbs up and high five to Tim and his company!!"

"Re-Surfaced my Pool 😍 Amazing Sandy Finish Theyre very professional!!"

"The crews arrived as scheduled and worked hard to complete each phase of the project. There was a substantial effort required to remove plaster dust. For the first few days after pool refill, plaster accumulated quite a bit and water was cloudy. After a week or so of brushing the surface, the water cleared and a nice blue color began to show. I was given detailed instructions about opening the pool, and the opening went smoothly. It took about 4 weeks to complete the opening process."

"We went with Fisherman Pools LLC after getting three quotes. Best decision ever. The craftsmanship on our San Antonio gunite pool is unmatched."
