Customers say: Super punctual
"I could not be happier with this company from contract to completed projects. It all starts with the sales guy Marty. He was right on time for the consultation and the next day I had an estimate. I got several estimates from other companies, and Blue Horizons was in the middle -- not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The first crew to show up drained the pool and replace the tile which looks amazing. We then had to have a leak fixed which Blue Horizons doesn't do but they coordinated with the guy who fixed the leak so I didn't' have to do that coordination. Next up were the paver guys who do amazing work. We also had a drain installed so it took these guys about a week to finish, but they were there every day by 8a and worked until at least 5p and somedays later. Once they finished the pool refinisher guys showed up a few days later to refinish the pool Once the water was added they sent a couple guys out a few times to make sure the all of the chemicals were correct. I had one small issue and I sent an email to the office at 10p at night. By 7a the next morning someone had responded and had already contacted my crew when they got there for the day. They have some of the best communication and timeliness of anyone. Wish I could use them for all my jobs around my house. :)"

"I got a new pool heater installed. By far was the best price and best insulation done by this team. Pool heater works great and can heat the pool up 10° within a few hours."

"Water Bay Pool and their representative from sales to installation are a joy to do business with. We had an issue with the pump shortly after the installation and the issue was resolved in a few days. I Highly recommend this company. We love our pool and we are happy that Water Bay Pool is there to answer any questions and to service the pool very if necessary."

"I discussed my pool with one of the owners (Vinnie). He had me submit photos and then set me up for service. I am a first time pool owner and just purchased a home in Davenport, Fl. The technician that serviced the pool was very knowledgeable and patient with answering our questions. I was very pleased with my pool cleaning. A great start!!! ☺️"

Running a pool pump continuously significantly increases your monthly electricity expenses. With a single-speed pump, you might see costs toward the upper end of the average range, potentially reaching $150 per month depending on your pump's horsepower and local electricity rates.
Variable-speed pumps would be more economical even with continuous operation, but would still increase costs above normal. However, 24/7 operation is rarely necessary for residential pools, as most require only eight to 12 hours of daily filtration.
Yes, LED pool lights provide substantial energy savings compared to traditional halogen fixtures. Industry data indicates LED lights are five times less expensive to operate than halogen alternatives, while providing equivalent or better illumination. Though LED fixtures often have a higher initial purchase price, the energy savings and longer lifespan make them a cost-effective choice for pool owners who enjoy nighttime swimming.
