I saw him that morning and he claimed he had called 811, who never stopped by. So either that wasn’t true, or he could have done more to verify to protect the phone line we pointed out when the job was bid. I thought he would grind the stump deeper than he did, and I asked about it when he was done. It did not fulfill the expectation I understood when it was bit. However, we are glad to have the stumps ground and level with the yard."
