"We had immediate service. Ryan was very professional in his business ethics and spoke of the health of the trees often showing he was educated in this area of tree trimming. He was at our location the next day and called me with a quote. The job was done within the week which was detrimental for us because our insurance co was going to cancel our home owners because of tree branches hanging over the house. Our Insurance Co inspected the work and reinstated our policy, so that was saying all I needed to hear since I was states away and could not see for myself the job that was performed. Ryan did send me pictures on my phone tho. They also trimmed up the 2 huge trees in front of the house that the electric company butchered on one side leaving all the weight hanging toward the house. "I HEARD FROM A FAMILY MEMBER ABOUT REDLINE. I WAS UNEASY AT FIRST UNTIL I SAW THEIR INSIGNIA AND FOUND OUT IT WAS RUN BY A FIREMANâ ¦.IT DOESNT GET MORE HONEST THAN THAT. MY JOB WAS MEDIUM SIZE WITH ABOUT 20-30 SMALL STUMPS. I HAD SEVERAL OPTIONS OFFERED INCLUDING GROUND DEPTH OR DEEPER AND LEAVING OR HAULING AWAY DEBRIS. PRICE WAS RIGHT AND I OPTED FOR GROUND DEPTH TO AVOID HURTING OTHER TREE ROOTS. JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND REST OF THE YARD WAS UNDISTURBED. OWNER ALSO OFFERED TO DO OTHER SMALL NON STUMP RELATED JOBS WHILE ON SITE. HE ENDED UP DOING A BIT OF YARD CLEANUP. I WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. I AM HOPING TO GET DISCOUNT FOR REFERRAL AS I HAVE GIVEN HIS INFO TO 6-8 OTHERS LOOKING FOR STUMP REMOVAL. GOOD LUCK!"
