He also told me what to expect in terms of how the tree would look. He put out signs the night before so the street would be cleared for the truck and shredder. He and his crew arrived slightly earlier than we'd discussed and the team (3 people) completed the job including cleanup in less than an hour. Jacob also took the time to tell me how often I might trim the tree to manage it in the future. I would highly recommend Sotelo Tree Service and working with Jacob. I plan to use them yearly to manage the tree's growth and spread."

They trimmed all the trees and shrubs, removed a tree stump in the front yard, pulled all the weeds, removed any dead foliage, blew the leaves away and took the extra time to brush out twigs and leaves that had made their way into our artificial turf. The owner was very responsive to our questions and quickly scheduled to come out only a couple days after meeting with him for the estimate. He came out with a 5-person crew who knocked out the work in a few hours and hauled everything away. I plan to use his services again in the future and highly recommend."

"OCT. 2016 : INITIALLY ALL WAS OK....A TWO MAN CREW DID THE WORK ACCEPTABLY ONCE PER MONTH, WHEN "GILBERT" WAS THE ON SITE TEAM SUPERVISOR/WORKER....GILBERT WAS VERY DILIGENT, A HARD WORKER AND WILLINGLY DID WHAT HE WAS ASKED TO DO AND PERFORM ALL THE SERVICES I CONTRACTED FOR AS LISTED ABOVE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH GILBERT'S WORK, HOWEVER, GILBERT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY FIRED BY OWNER: JOE MORENO OF (JM LAWNS) AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER PERSON: "AL"....INITIALLY AL PERFORMED SATISFACTORILY, HOWEVER HE NEVER DISPLAYED THE SAME " GO THE EXTRA MILE ATTEMPT TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT" THAT GILBERT DID AND ON THE LAST VISIT TO MY HOUSE , THE WORK CREW (AL AND HIS CO-WORKER) HAD NOT FINISHED TRIMMING THE BUSHES OR ANY OF THE TREES, AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE MY WORK UNFINISHED . I ASKED "AL" WHY HE WASN'T FINISHING THE WORK(THAT I WAS PAYING FOR) ...AL TOLD ME: "HIS CO-WORKER HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE" (REFERRING TO HIS WORK PARTNER).....HE THEN SAID: "WE CAN ONLY SPEND SO MUCH TIME ON THE LAWN WORK AT (MY) HOUSE" !!!!!!(.TRYING TO JUSTIFY NOT COMPLETING THE JOB/WORK THAT I WAS PAYING FOR).........I LATER CALLED OWNER: JOE MORENO AND TOLD HIM THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIS WORK CREW (AL) AND WANTED TO MEET WITH HIM TO DISCUSS/RESOLVE IT. HE INITIALLY SAID HE WOULD MEET WITH ME AT THE END OF THE WEEK.....I ASKED HIM TO CALL ME BACK TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND HE NEVER DID. THE "ATTITUDE , LAZINESS, REFUSAL TO FINISH THE JOB HE WAS PAID TO DO" , ON PART OF "AL" DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED ME !!!!....THE LACK OF FOLLOW UP BY OWNER: JOE MORENO, TO DISCUSS/RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH HIS EMPLOYEES, INDICATES A LACK OF CONCERN FOR ME (THE CUSTOMER/ CLIENT).....I AM NOW SEEKING A NEW LAWN SERVICE TO HIRE. I HAD CONTRACTED WITH JM LAWNS FROM: OCTOBER 2016 THRU MAY 2017. THE DATE OF THE "INCIDENT" WITH AL , WAS ON 5/18/2017"

Included was removal of a lot of shrubs & grass, provided new soil, new grass with new irrigation system, added garden boxes, replaced landscaping wall caps & patio blocks, planted trees & pruned trees."
