"Joe came to my parents' house to give us an estimate to trim bushes and trees and do an initial cleanup around the perimeter of the house. He was the first one to call me back. We discussed what we wanted done around the house. I also asked him to send me the pictures after he was done, since I wasn't going to be at my parents' house to see the results. He called a few days later to verify the appointment. He and his partner came on time and worked very hard trimming and cleaning up the yard as we discussed. My parents were very happy with the results of the trimming and cleanup. Joe sent me the pictures as I had asked because I wasn't there.
