"Needed two large, dead trees removed and over a dozen large trees trimmed. Jose (owner) showed up right on time for estimate and gave a very fair price. Asked when they could start and he said next day at 8a. Was starting to think this was too good to be true and I was about to get stood up or something. 7:59a next morning doorbell rings with the crew ready to go - they were here until just after 3p and did a WONDERFUL job! The trimming ended up being even more than I expected them to do, but in a good way. Called Jose after the project was complete to make payment and he said he couldn't stop by and asked if I minded doing it next week - um, no, I don't mind one bit! You guys are the one I owe, not the other way around :) Was more interested in making sure I was happy with the service than getting paid! I would use them again and again (although they did such a wonderful job now, it'll be a very long time before I'll need to again)."
