"Excellent. Worker arrived on time and initiated efforts immediately. All cuttings were done to my satisfaction. Yard was also cleaned up very nicely with only very minor sticks remaining. Bottom line: I am a very happy camper with the work performed and would have no issues calling them again if I have additional trimming and or cuttings that are needed. I am not just making this stuff up, but as I stated, I am a very happy camper here as my tree was in jeopardy of falling in the street with the next big, wet snow. "I hired Richis Tree Service to grind a large stump with large protruding roots, Ric's crew did a phenomenal job. The grinding process produced so much wood chips that it covered some of the roots. I didn't want them to dispose of the chips, since I had a large area i wanted to mulch. After removing most of the mulch, I discovered that there was additional grinding that was necessary. Upon calling Ric {the owner} he personally came out that afternoon and removed the remaining stump portions. I needed to coordinate the stump removal with the crew that were pouring a new driveway adjacent to the stump and they were extremely cooperative and accommodating in getting this accomplished. We had a 75' tree growing just a few feet from our house - they not only cut the tree down but ground the stump to below dirt level so we could put pavers down. While the tree stump was growing into the fence - they still managed to minimize how much of the stump remained and the leftover is nearly flush with the fence line.
