"Excellent! Frazer's Tree Service was doing some work in my neighborhood Thursday. Spouse and I had been talking about getting a tree removed for some time, so I went over to get a phone number. The owner (Charles) walked back with me to look at the problem tree and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said if it wasn't raining, he could work me in today (Saturday). He showed up promptly at 9:00 this morning with a crew of four and had everything down, chipped, picked up, and loaded before 11:00. Clean up was outstanding and he was very protective of the lawn (they carried the tree parts to the fence and threw them over rather than driving in the yard). He even blew out the chain saw chips that had fallen at the base of the tree. He said it was an easy job because he could fell the tree all at once rather than having to take it down a piece at a time. He did so well, I'm having him bid another larger (and more complicated) job Monday in Maryville, MO. If we can come to terms on that one, I'll let you know how it goes."

We live in Shawnee in an HOA community and needed gentle hands with quality workmanship to remove and trim trees that wouldn’t impact our yard, site dig or neighbors. We went through (Home Advisor) prompts and submitted the (Home Advisor) web generated form and instantly got a call. They came out that night and estimated the job. The pricing was reasonable, they worked with our schedule, showed up promptly, cleaned up impeccably and even took out an extra tree we/they originally hadn’t scheduled (we asked the day of the job). All said and done, they removed two trees and trimmed up another. Next year we plan on having them top off our remaining trees. My parents had a big-name tree company come out and remove/top off trees and that company charged them double the amount we paid and did half the work and clean up Scissor Me Timbers did. Nowadays, small business caters the extra benefits of customer service which often gets lost in translation with big business. We highly recommend them … and have to our HOA who were discussing taking out some dead trees in our park."
