He arrived before the appointed time, which was fine, and got started working on the sprinkler system. We chatted a bit and I found him very engaging and personable. I was home while he worked and would come ask for my inspection each step of the way to ensure I was 100% satisfied. He was punctual, thorough, and completely cleaned up when he was done. Henry was there to do this small job none of the bigger drywall/paint companies were interested.
