"New Leaf tree service was amazing! It was a very busy time of year for them, but they were able to fit us in and they kept their word on the day and time. They arrived on schedule and did a fantastic job with the work proposed, which was quite a lot. They removed a giant pine and did lots of trimming. "Byron is very prompt with returning calls. Prices are reasonable and fair. Arrived on time with a team that was efficient, honest and hard working. We had several trees in desperate need of trimming to be fire compliant. They also dropped several trees for us and cut them into fireplace size. We hired them to come back and remove another dead oak tree in a different area. When it comes to customer service, Byron is your man. "The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
