"The Tree Service began the job short-handed due to an unrelated injury to one of their employees. Then the next day 3 peoplre came to work on the project. Then , they did not show up for a few days. When I contacted Conner of the tree service, He apoligized, stating that He had overbooked His job Load. "I hired Richis Tree Service to grind a large stump with large protruding roots, Ric's crew did a phenomenal job. The grinding process produced so much wood chips that it covered some of the roots. I didn't want them to dispose of the chips, since I had a large area i wanted to mulch. After removing most of the mulch, I discovered that there was additional grinding that was necessary. Upon calling Ric {the owner} he personally came out that afternoon and removed the remaining stump portions. I needed to coordinate the stump removal with the crew that were pouring a new driveway adjacent to the stump and they were extremely cooperative and accommodating in getting this accomplished. Ari and his crew showed up immediately to remove a very large Ponderosa pine tree (42 feet tall and 2 feet in diameter) that had fallen on our house and was leaning precariously ready to do further damage. He outlined an incredibly safe plan of attack for a very difficult task. He prepared a cost estimate on the spot which fell in the middle of the four previous estimates. He began the removal immediately. He and his crew worked hard to avoid further damage and they performed admirably. They stabilized the tree and took it down piece-by-piece without further damage to our house or nearby trees. The crew was very professional and caring.
