"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

The only area that needs some revisiting is the pricing structure. This is the second time I availed of the service. In both cases, 3 people worked on the project for 8 hours and paid $1050 (can’t remember the best first time I used them but that was also >$1000). That comes down to $43.75 / hour / person. Of course, there’s equipment and the truck, but even with that, the pricing is a bit on the high end. Overall, excellent service and quality.
