Jimmy, the owner, was very knowledgeable about how to correctly trim the trees, especially the Norway Maple. The Lucky Tree Service crew cut both trees very strategically. Both trees were thinned out well and allow the sun to hit the yard a lot more, and both trees are beautiful. They have never looked this good."

It has been over a month, and while some grass has grown, there are still several bare spots and uneven areas throughout the yard. I reached out and asked Brandon to stop by, inspect the lawn, and recommend a solution, but he did not follow through as requested. Good customer service includes standing behind your work and responding to customers when concerns arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience."
