"The tree removal that I hired Mr. Carroll for was not easy. Tree placement, weather, and other circumstances made for a job that not just anyone would take. "I used them last yeaz4 2017 for a few times and liked the service. The first time this year, the grass wasn't cut as short as I normally would have cut it. Subsequently, the neighbors yards which had been cut previous to mine were still short compared to mine and since I only get it cut once every two weeks, this means my grass still looks unkempt next to the neighbors' yards. Also, I have several solar powered small lights on a stature out front and two were knocked down by the weed eater and one of those was broken so it can't be used again. They are not cheap garden accessories. However, I will continue to use the service for the money paid is worth the small iinconveniences. If another solar panel light is broken, I will ask them to replace it."

"We had arranged to have the work done in Sept.
We needed some extra time, so we said first of Oct was fine.
I called in Oct, as I had not heard back.
Randy explained he was behind, and needed another week or 2.
I figured they waited on us, waiting on them was fair.
I was about ready to call another tree service.
A month later a truck showed up in front of my home.
The next day they were ready to go. I had not contacted another tree service, so I went with Viewpoint.
I wish they had contacted me ahead of time, so I could arrange proper payment, as my wife was out of town and handles the checkbook. This resulted in me writing checks on the wrong account, which we did correct.
I never was given a clear reason as to their tardiness.
They never told me they dented my fence as a few limbs fell.
They did not tell me they cut down my rhododendron fro truck access to the back yard.
They removed my fence, anticipating stump removal. The recommended stump removal contactor never showed. (Bill's)
The fence is still down. Randy has not called to reinstall.
The truck damaged my lawn.
Hindsight is always 20/20. Or at least it should be.
