"They did an excellent job removing a large tree that was dangerously close to my home. Ended up rehiring them to remove all of the stone in my backyard. Would highly recommend their services!"

"We were very pleased with this company. Eldin (owner) is very nice. He is reasonably priced and reliable. We plan to hire him back in the fall to some tree pruning. I would highly recommend his services."

"Excellent service from first contact to site cleanup. Fairly priced (I did comparison shop). Had to crane 75-foot elm over my house and trim other large trees. Crew very accommodating. Company easy to contact and met their deadlines. Customer service was great, from "sales arborist" to office personnel."

"I was confident that SavATree had the experience and staff to do the job without error. They pruned the tree I wanted removed and I was happy they wanted to save it. The tree looks great! They also pruned several shrubs and trees in the backyard. Each crew worked quickly and asked if I was satisfied with the work. They cleaned up all debris and showed respect for my flowers beds and solar lights. Hats off to this company and much thanks to arborist James Houck for his follow up."

"I was looking for a Junk removal service I connected with Homeadvisor online. James Zeno of Zeno Property Services LLC was the first to call and we made an appt that day December 6 ,2021 for him to come look at the job..we agreed on a price and he and crew came to start the job on December 7,2021 and he came at the time he said he would start. I was very pleased with the way I was treated thru out the process of eliminating memorable possessions from my home..as it can be stressful on a customer...James and crew made the process painless and I would give him a 10 plus stars if that was the rating system.I already recommended Zeno Property Services LLC to my relative.Thank u again James for your help and kindness thru out the process of removal of many many things.that I could not part with but knew I had to get rid of.."

"I can't say enough positive things about this group. They were punctual, professional, and showed great attention to detail. And they offered very competitive pricing to boot! They worked all day on my yard, eliminating and removing 2 large oak trees, an extremely tall hickory tree, 9 pine trees, and a "widow-maker" deciduous tree in 100 degree heat. My kids and I tried to bring them food, drinks, chairs, etc... , but we had to be EXTREMELY forceful for them to accept our offering. I'm very tight-fisted with money, but I opted to tip over $400 because of my appreciation and respect for the work they performed."

Palm tree removal expenses range from $150 to $1,500, with pricing primarily determined by the tree's height and accessibility. Removing taller specimens requires specialized equipment and safety protocols, pushing costs toward the upper end of this range. Stump grinding represents an additional expense of $175 to $550 if needed. Obtaining multiple removal estimates helps ensure competitive pricing for your specific situation.
Palm growth rates vary considerably by species, with most gaining approximately one to two feet annually under favorable conditions. You'll notice substantial development within three to five years after planting. Many varieties reach their characteristic appearance within seven to 10 years. The aesthetic enhancement to your property increases progressively as the palm matures, potentially adding considerable curb appeal and landscape value.
Several palm varieties demonstrate impressive cold tolerance for non-tropical environments. The needle palm ranks among the hardiest options, capable of surviving brief temperature drops to surprisingly low levels. Depending on size and availability, cold-resistant varieties cost between $100 and $300. Strategic placement in protected locations and appropriate winter protection measures significantly improve survival rates in challenging climates.
Professional palm trimming services cost between $100 and $1,500 per tree. This wide price range reflects variations in palm height, frond density, and access challenges. Taller specimens require specialized equipment and greater safety precautions, significantly increasing service costs. Most palm varieties benefit from annual or semi-annual maintenance to remove dead fronds and seed pods while maintaining an attractive appearance.
