"Art's Tree Service provided excellent service. They are here today, in the rain, working on removing the reclinata! Just awesome! Their work is clean, and their prices beat every other estimate I received from licensed and insured tree services. I will certainly be using them again."

Customers say: True professional

"Peninsula Tree Service was fast & efficient. They sent someone out to provide a quote within just a few days (versus other competitors who could not come out for 2+ weeks) and performed the services a few days later and at a fair price. Their speed was much appreciated as we needed the tree removed in order to have other services performed on our home. For courteous and fast service, these guys are your best bet."

"Roger and his crew did an outstanding job trimming several trees and removing a large laurel oak tree that was aged out and too close to the house - risky during storms. They were so good at maneuvering equipment and bringing down large limbs without damage to fencing, the pool cage or other nearby trees. On time, removed debris and cleaned/raked area. They have been my go-to tree service for years and never disappoint. Fair estimate/excellent work!"

"I have been doing a lot around my house lately and this was by far the best experience with any company. The price, the customer service, and the time it took them to not only show up but to get the job done. A+ company I use them again and have no problem referring them to anyone else."

FAQs for tree service projects in North Port, FL

Palm tree removal expenses range from $150 to $1,500, with pricing primarily determined by the tree's height and accessibility. Removing taller specimens requires specialized equipment and safety protocols, pushing costs toward the upper end of this range. Stump grinding represents an additional expense of $175 to $550 if needed. Obtaining multiple removal estimates helps ensure competitive pricing for your specific situation.

Palm growth rates vary considerably by species, with most gaining approximately one to two feet annually under favorable conditions. You'll notice substantial development within three to five years after planting. Many varieties reach their characteristic appearance within seven to 10 years. The aesthetic enhancement to your property increases progressively as the palm matures, potentially adding considerable curb appeal and landscape value.

Several palm varieties demonstrate impressive cold tolerance for non-tropical environments. The needle palm ranks among the hardiest options, capable of surviving brief temperature drops to surprisingly low levels. Depending on size and availability, cold-resistant varieties cost between $100 and $300. Strategic placement in protected locations and appropriate winter protection measures significantly improve survival rates in challenging climates.

Professional palm trimming services cost between $100 and $1,500 per tree. This wide price range reflects variations in palm height, frond density, and access challenges. Taller specimens require specialized equipment and greater safety precautions, significantly increasing service costs. Most palm varieties benefit from annual or semi-annual maintenance to remove dead fronds and seed pods while maintaining an attractive appearance.
