"I had a 50ft tree in my yard that split at the root and it was on the verge of falling over onto a neighbor s fence. The tree was leaning on another tree for support. I also had about 8 unwanted trees and some branches that needed to be removed because they were touching the house. Aaron stopped by and gave me an estimate. He was professional, friendly, and personable. Due to the severity of one of the trees (danger of falling and destroying my neighbor s property or hurting my own family) and because the weather permitted, he stated that he could get a crew out the next day. I did my research in advance for prices in the Grand Rapids area and expectations since I ve never had tree work done before. The estimate that he gave me was extremely fair. The guys arrived the next morning and were just as personable as Aaron. They confirmed with me what was to get done and they seemed unbothered that I checked in with them a few times during the day. I was nervous for them because of the tree that was about to fall over but they supported that tree with other trees and got it down safely. The clean up was completed thoroughly and all debris from the trees were removed from my yard. I also asked for an additional tree to be removed after the job was started and that process to come to an agreement was seamless. I recommend A&D."

"There were a few hiccups along the way, but overall I am very pleased with the work that was done. The hiccups had to do with the weather, so much of it was unavoidable. I appreciated the communication that we had and the willingness of R&M to work within my budget. That was huge! Robby was very cordial and professional. I was very pleased to work with him. If you are looking for an honest, hard working young man, I recommend you look to R&M for your tree service needs. I also understand they do other types of work as well. "Brad came out to give us a quote to trim and or remove two large oak trees in our back yard as well as some trimming on other trees; with the quote he gave us, we decided to have both oak trees removed. Brian and Fred removed both trees and did the trimming on the other trees in less than two full days. They were very efficient, patient with our requests, were safety minded, and cleaned up everything so well that you could hardly tell what all they did! We were very impressed and thankful for the timely turnaround from start to finish for our project! we highly recommend Mr. Bill's Land Tree Snow, and will definitely call them again as we have a need!
