"Dan came out to give us an assessment about the health of an old cedar we have next to our home. I was concerned that he wouldn't be "straight" and would try to upsell services. However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months. "Robert's service was fantastic! The stump from a newly fallen tree straddled our property line and he was able to listen to both our inputs and give us a reasonable bid. The stump was on a slope and needed excavating as well as grinding. Robert cleared the stump, filled the hole with the wood chips and gave additional advice on the care of the slope and tree near the excavated hole. I highly recommend him!"
