"The entire project, from start to finish, went extremely well. I've always done the tree trimming myself, but at 73, I'm no longer able to climb ladders, so needed assistance. I contacted BOTS early Monday morning, a representative came out that afternoon to do a walk-around and provide an estimate. Later that day the work was scheduled for 2 days later. A 3-man team arrived as scheduled, walked through the project just to be sure I’d not changed anything, and they began their work. Each team member had a specific job, and they worked together seamlessly. They were professional, respectful, and very courteous. It had been several years since the 5 trees had been trimmed, and they did an excellent job bringing back into great condition. The trees now look like they’ve been cared for, and I won’t be concerned that the next wind storm will break any of the limbs. The removal of the desert broom will alleviate the mess created with the seed pods blowing all over. The team did an excellent job of clean-up also. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this service to anyone. And I will definitely contact them again in the future. This company conducts business the way it used to be and should be. Unfortunately, in today’s environment, professionalism and quality are not always present. This company sets the standard for the industry."

"Customer service was excellent by everyone, in the 3 interactions I had with company personnel;The person I spoke to over the phone, the people in person providing the quote, and the workers who did the chopping and removal. The quote and work was scheduled quickly and flexible to my needs.They removed dangerous branches from a very high up eucalyptus tree using a bucket truck with a handful of workers who interacted like a good team as I watched from inside the house. They left nothing for me to clean up, they even swept the porch. I was relieved to have the dangerous branches removed from hanging over my house, especially before monsoon season when big dry branches have fallen on my roof and in the middle of the yard where my kids play. They gave much respect to me and my space. The project was faster than I anticipated so there wasn't noise all day long as I worked from home. I've received compliments about the tree. "The tree, although beautiful, had a very destructive root system so it had to come out. Mike and his crew were professional, courteous and down right wonderful! As I mentioned it was a large tree and it took most of the day to cut it down. They were very careful to prevent damage to any of the surrounding properties as well as ours. 

They also trimmed another tree that was touching our roof and then removed an old wooden boarder from the garden area in our backyard.  I cannot say enough regarding the wonderful clean up job that they did (did I mention the tree was huge?).  They picked up every leaf!

"The tree trimmers who showed up for our appointment were super fast, professional, and accommodating. They listened to every concern I had, took my requests into consideration, and finished the job in record time. The quote was high, however, for one tree. I requested the quote, but my husband was the one who was present when the customer service rep arrived. He was told they do not make quotes under a certain price so he booked the appointment and had to give them a deposit. Regardless, the actual tree trimming was superb. I would use this company again provided the price was reasonable."
