"Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. "Very professional, on-time, dedicated to completing the job as described to my satisfaction. The job included clearing, preping and cutting a couple trees to install a natural privacy fence line of fast growing Arbor Vitae. After the job was finished I found two 6" roots that prevented the planting of one of many Arbor Vitae. Upon my request Collin immediately came out, removed the two interfering roots - a job well done! Collin had removed all waste and debris while the finished landscaping was beautiful."
