"Well, truth be told, I'm getting mow and blow service. Has Simon's guys planted plants where needed? Yes, but only after my request. Have they maintained the sprinklers? Yes, but only after I point out the problem. So yes I am getting the extra service, but it's only with my prompting that things get done. For example, I had the grass grow over the sprinkler heads in our back yard, so they weren't popping up when the timer switched them on. Normally I would think that the yard guys would trim back the grass around the sprinkler heads to prevent this, but no. So I have to call Simon to request this. Bottom line, Simon will negotiate for a higher fee and promises the extras, but in actuality, you are really only getting mow and blow guys. Are they good mow and blow guys? Yes, they are good, but only within the quick yard service definition."

"I hired them after the big wind storm, they responded quickly and told me that they could come the following day. This was after my calling several other Tree Service companies where no one responded or returned my calls. They showed up on time the next day. They removed a tree that had fallen on my roof and were very careful not to break any tiles on my roof. Did a great job. cleaned everything up. Would definitely hire them again."

They arrived on time and efficiently removed a huge pine and cleaned up two other pines. They were careful not to damage any pots or plants. Contracted work was completed and all debris was cleaned up. They will be my go to tree people. I have had many tree trimmers over the years and they are the best and most reasonable!"
