"Wonderful ! I searched Angi for companies/individuals who met their criteria for excellence. After reviewing all of the prospective candidates; I decided to go with James Haney’s tree service. My overall satisfaction rating exceeds “Outstanding”. I was called by thowner to clarify my job requests, and schedule a day/time which best fit my schedule. On the day of the job, I was notified by phone of their arrival time. Then I was provided with an update within 30minutes of their (3 men) arrival. They were prompt and polite. After a brief introduction, and clarification of the tree trimming and removal requests, along with bushes that needed extensive trimming;; the team immediately got to work. During their work, I indicated other trimming/removal requests; which were pleasantly accepted. An added price above what the original estimate/cost was explained to me. I accepted these new project costs. Without writing a contract; I wrote another check to cover these new costs; just like I did for the original job.
