"Always great service.  The only issue I have ever had was when they spilled oil on the concrete and stained it.  Terry came out, owned the problem and fixed it.  I have had a few times that the workers mowed the lawn when it wasn't needed, but that was more because i directed them to just start cutting the lawn without inquiring with me.  I use them every year for bush trimming, gutter cleaning and leaf removal and they do a very thorough job.

Due to the location of the tree (overhanging the neighbor's house and yard, the narrow alley access and the nearby powerlines), they brought in a bucket crane.
