"Bernie was very knowledgeable and informative. They guys that came and took down the tree were polite, efficient, neat and considerate of neighbors. The only glitch in the whole process was with setting up the appointment for the estimate. We had differences on the date of the initial appointment. It was rescheduled and then had to be rescheduled again on a day I wasn't going to be here. That said, it was done and I was given the information I needed."

Which is not easy. To set up all of this. As I saying work long hours until the job is down in the cold and rain. Always checking to see if you are happy with what they are doing..
