"He removed a 40ft dead pine that was very close to my house. After it hit the ground he cut it up then cleaned up the area. I would happily hire him again with a thought! Very nice young man."

"Would hire again. Actually showed up unlike other people. Reasonable price. My wife was the one who conversed with them and she said “very polite, understanding, down to earth people who she will hire again in the future.”"

"My previous review documented the incomplete job done by M&M Tree Service, Monte Linton, owner. After Home Advisor contacted him about same, he came and did the grinding, which was left of job from 9/25/19. He ground down other stumps, for which he was not responsible, as a way of making up for untimely completion of job. Mr. Linton has a pleasant spirit and held no ill feelings for my previous review. I will hire him again, if needed."

"Service was prompt and professional, our tree looks great now. Very impressed with the clean-up effort, when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there - no debris left in the yard at all.

"I would give them 6 stars if I could. They are the 1st tree contract I have used that have kept there word."
Palm tree removal expenses range from $150 to $1,500, with pricing primarily determined by the tree's height and accessibility. Removing taller specimens requires specialized equipment and safety protocols, pushing costs toward the upper end of this range. Stump grinding represents an additional expense of $175 to $550 if needed. Obtaining multiple removal estimates helps ensure competitive pricing for your specific situation.
Palm growth rates vary considerably by species, with most gaining approximately one to two feet annually under favorable conditions. You'll notice substantial development within three to five years after planting. Many varieties reach their characteristic appearance within seven to 10 years. The aesthetic enhancement to your property increases progressively as the palm matures, potentially adding considerable curb appeal and landscape value.
Several palm varieties demonstrate impressive cold tolerance for non-tropical environments. The needle palm ranks among the hardiest options, capable of surviving brief temperature drops to surprisingly low levels. Depending on size and availability, cold-resistant varieties cost between $100 and $300. Strategic placement in protected locations and appropriate winter protection measures significantly improve survival rates in challenging climates.
Professional palm trimming services cost between $100 and $1,500 per tree. This wide price range reflects variations in palm height, frond density, and access challenges. Taller specimens require specialized equipment and greater safety precautions, significantly increasing service costs. Most palm varieties benefit from annual or semi-annual maintenance to remove dead fronds and seed pods while maintaining an attractive appearance.
