Job completed exactly as discussed and clean up was impeccable. I could not be home that day, so he even sent me pictures! When I got home that evening, I decided I wanted the stump a little shorter... Carlos came back that night and cut the stump down! He didn't treat my questions as if I were stupid. They drove from Dallas TX to my home in deep east TX a drive of over 4 hours and that was all in one day.
