They are also very kind, after one of my trees were cut the foreman notice the stump had an "Owl" formation and instead of hauling asked me if I wanted to keep it. "Phoenix Tree Service is very professional, they removed 3 trees and trimmed branches that were over the house. They also cleaned the roof from all debris which was marvelous. Victor is always on time and if something happens he keep us informed. "Jose (Royal Park Treework LLC) arrived right on time and his appearance was impeccable. I was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake. I will also add that Yvonne was really nice on the phone when I made the appointment. I had three Bradford Pear trees to be removed. While I was discussing the situation with Jose, he impressed me with his knowledge and how he explained exactly what he would do. I had looked up what price range for this type of job and his price was very fair. Jose and his team came back the same day. It was done quickly (they worked non-stop), and everything was cleaned up when they left. He even trimmed a tree that was getting overgrow-looks great. All in all, a class act, job well done!
