We first met them when our neighbor’s Maple tree fell, and we were impressed with how hard they worked, responding to the emergency and handling everything professionally. When our large pine tree in the backyard died, we called them to take it down. They did an excellent job from start to finish. You can tell they care about their work. "Byron contacted me early on 6/18/26, which was appreciated. Due to our language barrier it took longer than normal to complete our conversation. However, through text messaging we finally agreed on a price and what work is to be done. Through text we agreed to cut the tree and to remove the stump at the agreed price of $400. What was most appreciated was that we agreed for Byron to do the work and that I would pay Byron once I got home from work around 5:00 p.m. Once I arrived home, the tree stump was still in the ground. I asked Byron about removing it and he said that it would cost an additional $200. I wasn't prepared to have to pay more since we had already agreed on the price and the work to be done. That I am not pleased with, but I'll have to pay to have it removed at a later time. I did have Byron estimate other trees that need attention, so that I could have an comparison with other estimates. I do have pictures, but too large to upload. Also, his son is his interpreter."

I needed 2 trees removed (one covered in poison ivy) and accepted the estimate given by the

owner, Brian. Shortly after, he showed up with 2 other men and in no time had both trees down with no trace of twigs or poison ivy. Although the trees I needed removed were out in the open, he brought his truck with the crane attached just in case. He also has a large box truck with a very large chipper attached for all the debris. The men were professional and got the job done very quickly. Would definately use them again, especially since they beat all the other estimates hands down!
