"the man who came over was really nice, professional and knew his business well. The only problem I had with the service was that, after the initial consultation, it took a week to get back to do the work. I also had to call after a week to see what was up. Having said that, the man had warned me that they were really busy because of the big storm we had had and they were prioritizing jobs. Mine was low priority and they had to take care of the trees that had fallen on houses first. I totally understood that, but I would have appreciated a call, sometime in the middle of that week to let me know when they would be coming though."
