"This company was very professional and reasonable on the price. The crew that came in was in and out of here within three days and gave us a beautiful bathroom. We had new flooring, vanity, shower, toilet, and lights put in and the bathroom painted. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them for more projects in the future."

"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. I did not expect that...worthy of me coming online to write a review."

"The experience went very well. In my request for quotes process, which included more than a dozen requests, I had around 8 contractors actually quote the job. I found interesting the spread in quoted price from anywhere around 3500 to as high as 7500. Roofco was a little less than halfway in between that range and stood by the quoted price without any surprises in the end. Of the contractors that did not reply I would question whether they were insured or licenced since I specifically asked for this in my RFQ. I have piece of my, whether actual or perceived, that the manufacturer will stand by their materials since Roofco uses the products from the same (Tamko) manufacturer. Jamison was very perfessional in the manner in which he documented and marketed his goods and services. He demonstrated a high degree of interest and knowledge in the actual engineering specifications of the materials he uses and how to properly use them. The cleanup went very well, though a few stray nails which is to be expected, and the job completed in a very timely manner. The first rainfall did prove to result in a few minor leaks which were promptly addressed and the leaks have been remedied. It should be noted that Jamison even stated so much in discussion of the work that, though he doesn't absolutely guarantee that leaks won't show up, he will guarantee that they will be fixed. There has been rain since and no sign of leakage.
Not to take away anything from this contractor, I would highly recommend anyone looking to spend, what I consider, a significant amount of money and substantial investment to get multiple quotes and to monitor closely the work being performed. I was particularly diligent in my efforts to get this done right as I heard of numerous bad experiences from others about getting their properites re-roofed.
I most certainly would recommend Roofco to others.
