"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

He's professional, a great communicator, has great attention to detail and has experience in so many different areas/can do a wide variety of projects (and if there's something he can't personally do/procure, he has a large network in the area that can help). His pricing is fair and the work gets done in a timely manner. He's helped us with the following: - interior painting (walls, doors, molding/trim) - refinishing of hardwood floors - kitchen remodel (new countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, refinishing/painting of cabinetry, appliance install) - custom door install/replacement (including widening a doorframe) - outdoor shower repair - next up is staining our fence I don't think there's anything we've asked of Mack that he hasn't been able to do himself or outsource through another subcontractor.
