"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

On the shop, it was pressure wash and prepped for priming and painting. The handmade doors he replaced are very sturdy and exact fit. The hardware he chose was a great choice. The table he made to cover damage in the utility room was exactly what was needed. And the work he did on the bay was ‘par excellente. We contacted Joe for an estimate and he came over that same afternoon to listen to what we wanted to do as well as give some helpful ideas on what we could do. He was quick to provide us with two estimates based on the different options we had discussed. He started and completed the work in a timely manner and kept in contact throughout the job, which is impressive as this took full days of work over the course of a couple of weeks. The back porch was gutted, including some of the dry wall and exterior of the house. In the end it was replaced with expertly laid tile, new windows, a giant sliding glass door and new drywall and siding, as well as a fresh coat of paint to top it off. Joe's attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. Throughout the job he would bring things to my attention about my house I had never even considered.
