They were very patient with me as Iâ m very busy and felt too overwhelmed to pick out what I wanted at first, so they were kind enough to leave samples with me and do some design pictures until I was satisfied with my selection. I had a goal in mind of having a very minimal, clean look as we just installed new bronze windows. I didnâ t want the window cartridge to look bulky and take away from the windows when the shades were open, and Amber helped find the perfect bronze cartridge to house the shades when they are rolled-up, so that the bronze cartridge blends seamlessly into the window design. I am SO happy with the results! They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them!"
