"He and his helper were very polite, easy to have in and around my home, and were dedicated to doing a great job. He kept us updated about his plans and worked until both he and i were pleased with the final result. The only negative I can mention is that the job took much longer than expected, partly because he was working on wood finishing, which is not his area of expertise. I respect him because he is a perfectionist who doesn’t quit!"
