"Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!! He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows. At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint. Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen. I have hardly needed to use my air conditioning and it has been 90 degrees outside. I highly recommend Robert and Tint San Diego!

"The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.
I have very high windows and the cleaners left behind water marks all over, did not look very good.

"I called them up and they came over and measured all the windows. The doors and windows were made at that point. They installed 9 windows and it took about a month for the entire process. They were on time and the installers were very nice and their work was great. The windows started to fog between the glass. The first time they came and replaced them for free. The second and third time they haven't responded to any of my issues. I have left several messages and nothing. They finally got back with me in June and said it would be 2 weeks before they had a chance to make it out again to replace the window and door. It has been 6 months and I haven't been able to get the compnay to come out and replace any of my things."
