"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"In one visit, Dave completed my "to do" list of small fixes around the house (about 13 tasks - from remounting wire grid (holding up jasmine) on my wood fence that had fallen off, secured shower handle , resolved several caulking issues , revamped a couple of electrical plugs, replaced weatherstripping on kitchen door and added all new baseboards in garage (moving washer/dryer) to something as simple as removing both bathroom fans so I could clean and then re-positioned them (thin mounting wires very difficult to manage in such tight space in ceiling box!) "Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with.
