"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

The order included full length roman shades to cover windows and a sliding glass door in the lower level living room and drapes for a guest bedroom. The treatments needed to be measured and installed carefully to block some pretty invasive light pollution coming in from a streetlamp. We could not be happier with the results! Melanie, our Stoneside consultant, worked patiently with us and provided a number of samples to help us chose patterns that we liked. Understandably, under current Covid restrictions, there were a few glitches after the order was placed. Melanie informed us immediately, and if changes included additional costs, Stoneside stood by the original order and did not tack on the extra charges. Joe, our installer, was very knowledgeable and conscientious.
