"It was tremendous. Totally trustworthy and I didn't even worry about him being there. Because he ensured that the job was completed and have absolutely no problems with them. I highly recommend him using the service. He was well prepared and had all paint covers and such that he would need. He completely cleaned up the job afterwards so you wouldn't know he was there. "Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"After I approved the drapes, I was sent an invoice for $700. I paid the invoice. It's been over a year and despite numerous emails (over a dozen) with Amanda Zettel of Homemade Design, I still have not received the drapes or a refund. I was very satisfied with all of Homemade Design's work up until this experience."

"The salesperson was so thorough!  He really took me through all the options available and did not try to steer me in one direction.  There was great followup.  The windows I chose were a bit more pricey than I would have liked, but after installation, I have to say I got my money's worth.  Installation was timely and flawless, just one day to install all four windows.  They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and caused a minimum of stress and fuss, considering what they were doing.  All in all, a great experience.  I can recommend Sears with a clear conscience."

"Wayne called me after I filled out a request on Angie’s. I was surprised and pleased that someone would take on a project this small as only a single shutter pulled loose from the house. But he showed up early and was very nice to deal with and fixed the shutter in less then 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The job was well done. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat and plan to do so."

"Brandon did a fantastic job on the deck around our swim spa. I highly recommend Rhox Construction!"
